1. Returns
Due to the handmade and custom nature of many of our products, we accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
- The wrong product was delivered.
To initiate a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with:
- Order number
- Description and photos of the issue
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Slight color or texture variation due to lighting and fabric
- Personalized or customized items
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
- Return must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Returns must be shipped back to us using a trackable courier service.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed as follows:
- Prepaid Orders: Refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- COD Orders: Refunded via UPI or bank transfer (details will be requested) within 5–7 business days.
Please note:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If a reverse pickup is arranged by us, a nominal return shipping fee may be deducted from the refund.
4. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving your order.
5. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier. To cancel your order, contact us at [email protected] or via WhatsApp: +91-7021982861.
