If your item has been accidentally damaged in transit, subject to company policy on verification, it will be replaced with the same / similar product free of charge, within 3 weeks of acceptance. Replaced goods will however be charged for re-shipment as per the prevailing shipping,rates.
We do not offer refunds on any Clutches, Products or accessories for any reason except as mentioned above. Refunds will be offered in the form of store credit to be used for future purchases.
